【ファンアート・ガイドライン ver0.1】
CyberAnimeDOLLの2次創作品は販売できます。
その際には、以下の禁止事項を遵守してください。
【禁止事項】
・CyberAnimeDOLLのイメージを損なう内容
・他者の権利を侵害する、または侵害するおそれのある内容
・CyberAnimeDOLLの公式コンテンツであると誤解をまねく内容
・ファンアート（2次創作）作品を、その創作者に無断で再利用する行為
・その他過剰な性的表現や猟奇的な表現、特定の個人、団体、人種などを中傷する内容等、社会通念上著しく不適応だと判断される行為
【NFT化以外のファンアートについて】
ガイドラインに即しているかぎり、ファンアート制作は全面的に歓迎しています。
- VTuber化
- アニメーション化
- 3Dフィギュア化
- ゲーム化
- マンガ化
- ノベル化
- 音楽作品化 など
【推奨事項（任意です）】
・ツイッターへの投稿時には #CAD2nd タグをお使いください。
【注意事項】
CyberAnimeDOLLブランドとして、他ブランドの2次創作ファンアート（もしくはコラボ作品）を販売している場合があります。
その際は、作品タイトルに他ブランド名を一緒に表記しているので、対象ブランドのガイドラインに従ってください。
制作・販売にあたって不明点がある場合は、遠慮なく下記などからお問い合わせください！
このガイドラインは予告なく変更されることがあります。

【Fan Art Guideline ver0.1】
You can sell the derivative work of CyberAnimeDOLL.
In doing so, please observe the following prohibitions.
【Prohibitions】
* Do not publish content that damages the image of CyberAnimeDOLL
* Do not publish content that infringes or may infringe on the rights of others.
* Do not publish content that may mislead others into believing that it is official CyberAnimeDOLL content.
* Do not publish content that is deemed inappropriate from a socially accepted standpoint, such as excessive sexual expression Brutal expressions, or content that defames a specific individual, group, or race.
【Recommendation】
* Please use the tag " #CAD2nd " when posting on Twitter.
【Notes】
As the CyberAnimeDOLL brand, I may sell secondary fan art (or collaborations) of other brands.
In such cases, please follow the guidelines of the other brand name as it is listed alongside the title of the CyberAnimeDOLL's work.
